Yes, we already said it. Style-conscious parents need to work a lot harder to achieve an “effortlessly cool look a-la Kingston Rossdale” for their beloved boys. Some designers felt this excruciating pain themselves; some have realized that the moment to fill this void had come and jumped to the rescue of the dissatisfied stylistas. A lot of cool and hip brands sprang to life since U.S. market started opening up to more daring colors and styles.

Available in bright hues of ultra-soft velveteen, denim, and cotton, each decaf plush product is adorned with an original illustration, crafted in felt and machine appliqued. Designer Kimberly Murray starts each project by first creating retro-inspired digital illustrations of animals, flowers & other characters. When satisfied with the design, she re-creates the illustration in colorful felt and appliques each original patch to the pillow or clothing item of choice. No two are alike, as particular stitching methods vary per design (and her mood.) Too cute!

What characterizes the kids wear from Imps & Elfs is design without frills which focuses on the child's shapes. The brand does not design for little princesses and cute boys but has a bit of a rock n’ roll attitude with great colors and funny statements like: "What a mess, they want me to wear a dress". Still there are beautiful pastels for the newborns.
